  • anything that identifies you as the commissioner

Even if your song is released on Spotify, Apple Music, social platforms, or added to a public playlist in the future, your private story information remains confidential unless you choose otherwise.

Only the finished creative work (lyrics, melody, production) is made public — not the details you shared with us.

4. Song Registration & Royalty Participation

Because Story Song releases every commissioned song through the Story Song Private Collection, we register certain information needed for:

  • digital distribution

  • royalty tracking

  • PRO registration

  • metadata submission

  • copyright administration

We may associate your name or customer identifier with internal royalty records, but we do not publicly show your identity on streaming platforms.

Your personal information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
